Short version

You do not need an account. Playback, bookmarks, history, downloads, and settings stay on your device. We do not show ads, we do not sell data, and we do not use your information for advertising. The app talks to our servers for the catalogue, audio files, and optional in-app updates. Crash reports go to Sentry so we can fix bugs. A future optional Cloud sync (Google Sign-in) is not turned on in this version.

Information that stays on your device

The app stores, only locally unless you later opt into Cloud sync:

Notifications (if you allow them) show what is playing and download progress. That content is not sent to us.

Information sent over the network

Catalogue, audio, and artwork

When you are online, the app fetches a public catalogue and may stream or download audio and images from our Cloudflare-hosted files. Requests include normal technical data any HTTPS client sends (IP address, time, approximate region via the network, app user-agent). We use this to run the service and to debug outages, not to build advertising profiles.

In-app updates (OTA)

The app may check our update server for a JavaScript/asset update and download it if you apply it. That check includes app/runtime identifiers needed to serve the correct bundle.

Crash and error reports (Sentry)

We use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) to receive crash and error reports so the app can be fixed.

Reports can include stack traces, device model, OS version, app version, and similar diagnostic data. We do not ask Sentry to attach name, email, or other default personal identifiers. A failed in-app update fetch may include short technical update logs.

Feedback email

If you use Give feedback, your mail app opens a message to [email protected] with app version and update id. What you write and send is email you chose to send us.

Google Sign-in and Firebase (not used yet)

The app binary includes Google Sign-in and Firebase libraries for a planned, optional Cloud sync in Settings. This version does not offer sign-in, does not create a Google or Firebase account for you, and does not upload your library or bookmarks. We will update this policy before that feature is turned on.

Who else sees data

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising.
